Hear about the Customer First Experience

Customer First UK is holding Breakfast Seminars across the country NOW. These inspirational and informative seminars will add real value to the way you deliver services to business customers.

The seminars have been developed to help you to take a step outside of the office and refocus on:

  • Creating a customer focused organisational culture
  • Improving levels of customer satisfaction
  • Creating team focus on the value and importance of delighted customers
  • Achieving higher levels of new and repeat business
  • Achieving a reputation for customer service excellence in your marketplace

These seminars are for an audience that wants to make a difference to their customer's experience, for example, managers with a focus on customer service, quality, marketing or people management.

These two hour complimentary seminars will provide the opportunity to find out more about the Customer First Framework, hear inspirational case studies, share best practice and network with your peers.

Forthcoming Customer Frist seminars include:

  • 14 May – East Midlands – Nottingham Business Venture, Nottingham
  • 15 May – Yorkshire and Humber – The Textile Centre, Huddersfield
  • 16 May – North East – Quadrus Centre, Boldon
  • 23 May – West Midlands – Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, Birmingham
  • 24 May – North West – Centre For Assessment, Wigan
  • 30 May – London – Capital Quality Ltd, London
  • 11 June – South West – BRAVE Enterprise, Bristol
