New Look for Customer First

Customer First UK Appoint New Chief Executive

Here at Customer First UK, we're constantly looking at ways to respond to our customers' needs; in particular how to continuously improve their experience of our services. Their feedback and stories about their Customer First Journey has helped us to create the new look for Customer First.

Historically the Customer First Standard was developed for the business support sector by the business support sector. However, we have recently launched new marketing literature that takes the Standard to a broader marketplace, following the successful pilots with the accountancy and financial services sectors. The language, wording and tone have been changed to ensure that all organisations wanting to develop a customer–focused organisation can easily identify the Customer First Standard as their practical solution.

The new website has been redesigned giving improved access to the information required by both existing and new customers. We're proud to launch a new site which has put our customers at the heart of our message. Our customers are our stars and their positive messages about their achievement of the Standard and the difference it has made to their organisation and their customers positively shines through.

The New Look for Customer First:

  • Positions Customer First as the National Standard for Customer Service
  • Takes the Standard to a broader marketplace
  • Promotes the positive impact and benefits experienced by organisations who've achieved the Customer First Standard
  • Creates a channel for dialogue between our customers to other organisations that are making customer service excellence their priority
