Keith has 20 years senior management experience in the retail and housing environment, including Marks & Spencer, and is passionate about customer service. He said I’m thrilled to join Customer First UK at this exciting time for the organisation – we now have over 560 committed organisations, a presence in more than 20 different business support sectors across all regions in England and have just received our first Scottish commitment.
I was drawn to Customer First UK as I strongly believe the biggest challenge for all businesses today – regardless of size and structure – is to not only to retain customers, but ensure that they are as passionate about your business as you are. Customer First offers a practical approach to developing customer focused organisations and to make customer service excellence a strategic priority.
Customer First UK is now working to increase the number of organisations working towards achieving Customer First by not only targeting core markets, such as Enterprise Agencies, Business Links, Chambers of Commerce and Local Authorities, but also by moving into the private sector – particularly professional services, consultancy and financial services. Keith added, With my background in retail and strategic management, I’m really looking forward to starting the implementation of our ambitious expansion plans, and building on our position as The National Standard for Customer Service.
