'Customer First will be integral to our service offering at York's new £3 million Eco Centre' Achieving the Customer First Standard three times since 2003 puts York Selby and Malton Business Advice Centre in a confident position to manage the new Eco Centre on behalf of York City Council. Norman Whyte, Chief Executive said, " We're focused on creating a customer-driven centre of business excellence.
