Issue 17, April 2008 'The Yorkshire and the Humber Regional Newsletter'

Welcome

In this issue of the Customer First newsletter for Yorkshire and the Humber businesses, we've taken the time to reflect on the successful take-up of the Customer First Standard, over the years in this region. There are now over 300 organisations who've recognised the value of achieving the national standard for customer service. We've chosen to share successful case studies from two organisations that led the way in their particular sectors - an enterprise agency and an accountancy firm - both of which have since achieved reaccreditation. Furthermore, read about forthcoming complimentary events that bring you into the heart of the Customer First community, opening doors through networks of businesses - all striving to share best practice and make customer service excellence the priority.

Enjoy!
