Better Value for our Customers
Launched from the 1st July 2007, the new Customer First assessment service offers more flexibility, choice and demonstrable value for our customers. Going for the national standard for customer service has never been more accessible. Customers can now choose between 3 independent assessment bodies, giving customers the opportunity to decide which offers best value for money and flexibility of approach to meet their assessment needs.

 OBE for Customer First UK Chair
The OBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours has been awarded to Helen West whose commitment to business support led to the establishment of the Customer First Standard six years ago. As Chair, she has been instrumental in driving the vision that has seen the Standard adopted by organisations nationally beyond its heartlands in Yorkshire and the Humber. Read more |
