Customer First expands network of Approved Consultants.

Customer First UK is looking to expand our network of Approved Consultants. Limited places are available to join a network which will advise and support organisations across the UK to achieve the Customer First Standard.
Investing in a licence provides you with an opportunity to promote your approved status to your own customer base creating new fee generating opportunities. You will be responsible for making your market and developing your own services to be promoted to potential, new and existing customers going for the Customer First Standard.
Furthermore, Customer First will promote you to our existing customers who require support and guidance on how to achieve the Customer First Standard. Historically our customers have required the following support: finding out more about the Standard, advice on approaches to self-assessment, support on project-managing the roll-out of Standard across their organisation, identifying areas for development, etc.
Your inital investment of £1,000 covers a rigorous training and induction programme, which once passed results in you being awarded the approved status. Once approved your annual licence fee is £1,000.
Interviews for successful candidates that can then go on to complete the training programme will be held on 20th August 2009. The training programmes will be held in York on the 10th and 21st September 2009.
