Good Customer Service:'How to recognise it' Seminar and Networking Lunch

Good Customer Service:'How to recognise it' Seminar and Networking Lunch

03/04/2008

We all know that our expectations of customer service do not always match our experiences. As organisations with our own customers we should all take the time to consider what customers expect from us and indeed what they think they get.

It is often not easy to demonstrate to existing and potential new customers that we really do care about them. In the seminar we will be looking at The National Standard for Customer Service, Putting The Customer First ® and simple, practical changes that will:

  • Make your internal customer processes more efficient

  • Improve the ‘Customer Journey’

  • Help you to prove your commitment to customers

  • Help you to market your organisation as one that is truly customer focused

As a Customer First accredited assessment body we would love to meet you and give you the chance to find out more about the ‘Putting the Customer First’® Standard and how it can benefit you. You will also have the chance to;

Ø       Ask any questions that you may have about the standard

Ø       Meet the assessors and the team behind the Customer First journey and chat on a 1:1 basis

Ø       Network with other organisations over lunch!

We are delighted to welcome Vicky Fryer and Howard Richardson of Naylor Wintersgill who will take us all through their real life experience of Putting the Customer First®. Originally established in 1917, with a team today of over 40 people, Naylor Wintersgill has always been proud of the service it provides to clients. In 2005 the firm became one of the first UK Chartered Accountants to achieve Customer First. The firm embarked on the Customer First journey to improve service delivery and to create opportunities for differentiation in its broad marketplace through achievement of the Customer First Standard.
