Objectives for working towards achieving the Customer First Standard
Cityventure are always looking at continuous improvement measures to ensure the sustainability of our company. Working towards achieving the Standard supported us to formalise existing informal processes with a greater focus on quality issues and customer satisfaction.
The Benefits of the Customer First Assessment
The Customer First assessment supported our company and staff to focus on quality issues in all aspects of our work. A small number of development areas were identified which were quickly implemented which ensured consistency across all service delivery areas.
Making A Difference
Cityventure are now able to apply for contracts that require the achievement of the Customer First Standard in the Yorkshire and Humber Region. Regular customer surveys allow us to seek feedback and address any shortfalls to work towards continuous improvement.
