What were the benefits of the assessment process?

Everyone worked together during the self-assessment phase to identify our strengths and areas for development. Achieving compliance again really boosted staff confidence in what we're doing individually, and as a team. The assessment also allowed us to acknowledge that in certain areas our work could be improved. As a result changes and improvements were made which ensured that a better and more comprehensive service is now being provided.

Making a difference - What impact has the standard had upon your customers and your organisation?

The process helped us to identify the need to actively seek better quality feedback from our customers, introduce a more robust complaints procedure and use these to improve our customer service. Achieving accreditation differentiates us in the business support marketplace by positioning us as an organisation that consistently provides top quality service to our customers.
