What are the next steps?

Individuals interested in applying for a Licence(s) to be an Approved Consultant are required to send a short proposal covering the following key elements:

• Individual CVs outlining:
  • Relevant skills and competencies against requirements set out in page 6 and 12 of the Customer First Approved Consultant Information Pack
  • Qualifications / professional bodies
  • Any areas of specialism or expertise
• Your quality assurance controls
• Your approach to continuous improvement
• Relevant insurance
• References
