Who are the Assessors?
Customer First have a team of practitioners who deliver assessments. They are all:
- trained and highly experienced in the Customer First Standard
- interested to hear about your approach to customer service
- keen to work with you to help you reap maximum benefit from
every aspect of Customer First and continually improve your service delivery.
When you make your commitment, your Relationship Manager will allocate an assessor
based on sector experience and locality to ensure that they fully understand your
organisation and can provide practical ideas for continuous improvement.
How are assessors quality assured?
All of our assessors have been through a stringent recruitment process to become
assessors. Once on board, Customer First UK contracts with an independent third party
to provide external verification of the assessment services they supply.
The assessors are reviewed and developed against a framework which examines
capacity, capability, customer feedback and continuous quality improvement.
