Barnsley Premier Leisure- The Metrodome Leisure Complex

As part of Barnsley Premier Leisure, The Metrodome achieved the Customer First Standard for the first time in February 2009. As a hospitality & Leisure sector organisation, the Metrodome used their Customer First assessment in line with their Quest assessment, in order to look at the service they provide to customers. After gaining so much from the assessment process, Barnsley Premier Leisure have now committed to all 10 of their sites, spread across the Barnsley District, to achieving the Customer First Standard.
